Technical Features

2. PLC with touch screen control and multi tension control system will ensure stable operation with high speed of the machine.
3. Updated new automatic detwister can carry out rope opening with good result for different kinds of fabrics.
4. Automatic detwister works with high-sensitive alignment for smooth operation.
5. The scouring tank is with high-pressure pump for clean fabric surface. And the automatic filter tank ensures good filtering result without fluffy jam. The water reuse system can save water for environment protection purpose.
6. The padder uses special rubber rollers. Its residual rate after padder can reach up to 70%.
