Technical Features

2. The control system is of human machine interface (HMI) design, touch type, with dual Language of Chinese and English. Its automatic fault detection can make the operation very easy and lessen the maintenance time.
3. The packing seal cutter frame is after special treatment for long service time up to three years. It is available to all kings of the PE film in the market. Is seal success rate is up to 100%.
4. The side seal suction device is with a silencing system.
5. For the products no need for heat shrinking packing, it can save the energy.
6. This machine can process the different diameter and different length packing at the same time and at one-stage.
7. This machine is suitable for all kinds of fabrics, plastics, rubber, curtain and carpet in rectangular or square shape.
8. Optional devices such as electronic balance, automatic labeling, automatic tying, auto fabric sorting, and etc. The packing flow can reach very high automation.

Packing Size

1. Suitable for PE films of high density and low density.
2. Normal model: Roll diameter 100-500mm, using the PE film max width of 2250mm for packing the fabric of 1800mm.
3. Large model: Roll diameter 100-550mm, using the PE film max width of 2750mm for packing the fabric of 2400mm.
