Technical Principle
This system connects the stenter trough and the continuous monitoring refractometer via pipelines, and cooperates with a circulation pump to keep the additives in the trough flowing continuously in the pipelines. During this process, the continuous monitoring refractometer can detect the additive concentration in real time: when it detects that the additive concentration in the trough is lower than the preset value, the system will automatically start the feeding pump to supplement additives; when the concentration rises back to the set standard, the feeding pump will stop operating immediately. Through this automatic regulation process, the stability of the additive concentration in the trough can be ensured at all times.
